UP Warriorz handed the Gujarat Giants their second straight loss of the current WPL season when Grace Harris pulled off a heist of the season as the Australian batsman crushed an unbeaten 59 runs in just 26 deliveries to carry her team over the finish line.
Grace Harris came to bat after Kim Garth had broken through the top and middle order and put the chasing side in a difficult position in the game. However, Grace Harris kept her cool and linked an unbeaten 70-run partnership alongside Sophie Ecclestone for the eighth wicket to help UP to victory in their opener.

With 19 runs needed in the final, Harris started and finished with a six and was suspended player of the match for her brilliant stroke.

Grace Harris was on hand with the announcers during the post-match introduction after being announced as the Man of the Match. The Australian batsman was happy with how things turned out in the end and she said she was uneasy over time as there were two DRS interruptions in the final over.
