“Babar is like my little brother and a friend. I don’t want to cause you any trouble. During the T20 World Cup in the UAE, Babar told me that they will go with the same team for the 2022 T20 World Cup. added.
Shoaib Malik, 41, said when asked about his retirement plans that he still has some ambitions to fulfill and would stop playing cricket when he no longer enjoys it.
“I am not thinking of retiring from T20 cricket. My aim is to score 15,000 runs and take 200 T20 wickets. Whenever I feel like my performance is not up to par or I’m getting bored, I’ll say goodbye to all cricket formats.” he said.
“Also, I have stopped thinking about coming back for the Pakistani team. I always try to take advantage of any opportunity. Anytime the team or management need me, or want my advice on team coordination or anything, I’m always there.” added.
